| Samoa Gems Cats: Breeders of quality Siamese and American Curl kittens |
| The curl ear of the American Curl cat is the main attraction of this cat breed. |
| These cats are mild tempered loving pets. The pelt of these felines
should be silky and flat with a thin undercoat and long hair, medium hair or short hair. Grooming is very easy even in the case
of the long hair American Curl cat or kitten for the reason that the undercoat is short
and do not mat. The ears of this breed curves smoothly to the back without a fold or pleat with the hair inside the ears clearly visible like tufts, even in the short hair American Curl. Large eyes slanting down to the straight nose accentuate the calm friendly expression on the round face of the American Curl. All colors, including the Siamese colors, are permitted in this cat breed. The first cat with curl ears (Shulasmith) carried the Siamese color gene as she had Siamese colored kittens in her litters. |

| Enigma sired very good curl ear kittens. The best neuter of the year 2002 (of all breeds) was his offspring. Enigma is now neutered and enjoy himself playing with the bull terrier and visiting the girls. |
| He loves a cuddle the same as when he first moved in at the age of eight months. The years when he was a stud and not permitted to roam about he would stroll through the garden with us and he came when he was called. He always walked back with me into his home without any ado. |
