My Blog - about us |
| Rudi and Eurica, started growing aloes and succulents in Namibia. | ||||||
| We are currently residing in Moorreesburg, a small town 100km north of Cape Town, South Africa, where we are cultivating aloe seeds from various aloes in our fatplants and succulent plants garden. | ||||||
| Our favourite outings are tours into Namaqualand or the Karoo to see the succulent plants and endemic lillies in their habitat. | ||||||
| Breeding quality kittens is another challenge which brings a lot of warmth and love into our lives. We can not go on long tours and we never go on holiday together, but the cats and kittens make up for that. | ||||||
| Somehow we still have time to fill with something odd like maintaining our websites, blogs, silkworms, rock paintings and whatever might pop up that seems to be interesting. | ||||||

| No, I did not make a mistake with the seasons.... Moorreesburg falls in the winter rainfall area, resulting in mild green winters and dry hot summers. The snow covered mountains in the background(photo left) are much further inland, the temperature do not drop to freezing point in Moorreesburg. |

Scale:- Moorreesburg to Malmesbury is 30 kilometer | |
| Our home in Moorreesburg South Africa. We live in a dry hot summer area so most of the 3500sq meter garden is planted with succulents to save water. | ||
