Aloe branddraaiensis form groups from suckers at the base of the plants.                            
In full sun the leaves of Aloe branddraaiensis are short, and  in the shade or in the garden the leaves are much longer.
In a dry season the tips of the leaves of these aloe plants dry out and curl.
The rosette of Aloe branddraaiensis is without a stem and the top side of the leaves are scattered with  white blotches and fine lines.
Flower in winter. The inflorescence has many branches with capitated racemes, often 30 - 40.  The flowers are red.
Aloes are succulent plants, also known as fatplants. They can be grown as a houseplant or as a potplant in the garden or greenhouse.
