Aloe striata x Aloe maculata (South Africa) |
| This aloe is a natural hybrid between Aloe striata and Aloe maculata. |
| It is a very good gardening aloe, beautiful in color and medium in size . |
| Top that with easy and fast grower, just perfect. |
| One slight drawback is that it forms offshoots freely, which have to be thinned out. |
| I have plenty plants to sell/exchange. |
| Flower winter. This aloe is from the western cape, I have no idea how it will react to frost. |
| but both Aloe maculata and Aloe striata can withstand light frost. |
