Aloe chabaudii X Aloe marlothii aloe hybrid ( from South Africa)

The hybrid resemble Aloe chabaudii except that it has been improved by Aloe marlothii.

The shape of Aloe chabaudi can be seen and the rosette has the same lovely coloring - green in young leaves going over to blue-green, tinting to red in the older leaves.
The racemes and flowers are much larger and more densly flowered.than from Aloe chabaudii.

Aloe marlothii tend to enlarge and highlight the rosette and flowers when used in a hybrid.      
The real difference is the size which is in the line of more than double the size of  Aloe chabaudii,  not as heavy as A.marlothii.
photo above right was taken in the rain.  The A.chabaudii hybrid plant is the dark plant left bottom, not the bright green plant.
