Trees with odd but attractive shapes that do not fall in the usual bonsai tree styles - as far as I know.
The two trees in the center of the photo left could pass for slanting or leaning style ?
These arched trees are fascinating.  They seem to be placed there on purpose for photos.
Scene on the photo left is the entrance to a guest farm near Gobabis and photo right was taken at Sesriem in the Namib desert.  That is a steep climb to get some water.

Moringa ovalifolia has a thick stem with a few branches.   The stem and roots are edible by animals and humans.  The Moringo oleifera from India is better known for it's tasty roots.
The tree on the photo left is in the Etosha Nature Reserve and about 5 meter high.

Elephant damage.  The branches of the tree on the photo right rooted and made a new stem.
